Forward for sale on Monday were 12 Prime Cattle, 4 Store Cattle, 6 OTM Cattle and 1 Breeding Bull.
Prime cattle were a sharp trade given the ever declining dead-weight price and sold to a top of 222 p/kg for a Charolais steer scaling 610 kilos from J & R Stanger, South Seatter, Sandwick realising £1354.20 puchased by E Flett & Co.

A 9 year old Simmental Bull scaling 1260 kilos from JI & WN Stout, Whitehall, Stronsay
realised £1350.
OTM Cattle sold to 120.7 p/kg for an Aberdeen Angus Cow scaling 870 kilos from
Rendall, Holland, Papay realising £1050. This was also top price per head.
